These terms govern your use of the Temu+ browser extension and this website (together, “Temu+”). By installing or using Temu+, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Temu+.

Temu+ is operated by DRAGAN JOVANOVIĆ PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE NASKA-IT NIŠ (KNEZ SELO) (“Naska-IT”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship (preduzetnik) registered in Serbia — matični broj 64294105, PIB 109597755, registered at 18000 Knez Selo, Niš, Serbia. Any agreement for Temu+ Pro is between you and Naska-IT.

1. What Temu+ is

Temu+ is an independent browser extension that reads your own Temu account data while you are signed in and presents it back to you — your real per-item cost, refund accounting, wallet ledger, and (in Pro) price-drop refund opportunities. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Temu or PDD Holdings. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Temu+, including the extension, this website, and all related intellectual property, is a product of and is owned by Naska-IT. The “Temu+” name and branding refer to this product; they do not imply any association with Temu.

2. Personal use

Temu+ is provided for your personal use with your own Temu account(s). You agree not to use it to access data that is not your own, to resell or redistribute the extension, or to use it in any way that violates Temu’s own terms of service or applicable law. You are responsible for your own compliance with Temu’s terms when using your account.

3. Accuracy and the “no guarantee” clause

Temu+ interprets data from a third-party platform that can change at any time. We work to keep it accurate, but:

• Figures are informational and may be incomplete or out of date if Temu changes its data.
• Price-drop refund estimates are estimates only. Temu decides every price-adjustment request. We do not promise any refund, amount, or eligibility, and we are not party to any refund you request from Temu.

4. Licenses and payment

The core of Temu+ is free. Temu+ Pro is sold by Naska-IT as an annual license that you renew manually; there is no automatic recurring charge. Payment is processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, and is also subject to their terms. Refunds are governed by our refund policy. License keys are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

5. No warranty

Temu+ is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will continue to work if Temu changes its platform.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naska-IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost refunds, savings, or data, arising from your use of Temu+. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Temu+ in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
