Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026
Temu+ is operated by Naska-IT (“we”), a sole proprietorship registered in Serbia (matični broj 64294105, PIB 109597755), 18000 Knez Selo, Niš, Serbia.
Temu+ is built around a single principle: your data never leaves your device. There is no Temu+ account, no Temu+ server that stores your information, and no analytics or tracking. This policy explains exactly what the extension reads, where it lives, and how to remove it.
1. What the extension reads
While you are signed in to Temu in your own browser, and only when you ask it to sync (or, if you opt in, as you browse), Temu+ reads:
- Your order history — orders, items, prices, and order details.
- Your refund and cancellation records.
- Your wallet / store-credit ledger and usable coupons.
- Basic account info (e.g. your Temu nickname) used to label and separate accounts.
It reads only data that belongs to your own signed-in account — the same data your browser already loads when you visit Temu.
2. Where it is stored
All of the above is stored locally in IndexedDB on your device. It is never
transmitted to any server operated by Temu+, and we have no ability to access it. The
extension requests unlimitedStorage only so your browser does not evict this
local database.
3. Permissions and why we use them
- Cookies — to fingerprint which Temu account is currently signed in, so data from different accounts stays separated. Cookies are never read in plaintext outside the extension; only a one-way hash is stored.
- Host access to Temu — required to read your own order history from Temu’s site, only while you are signed in.
- Storage / unlimited storage — to persist your captured orders, items, and refunds in the local database.
4. Third parties
The extension itself shares your data with no third parties. It contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
If you choose to purchase Temu+ Pro, that checkout is handled by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record and processes your payment details under their own privacy policy. The extension validates your license key against the payment processor’s API; this involves only the license key itself, never your Temu order data.
5. How to delete your data
You are always in control:
- Use the Reset option in the dashboard to clear the local database, or
- Uninstall the extension, which removes all locally stored data.
6. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how data is handled, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. We will never add tracking or data collection without disclosing it here first.
