1. The guarantee
Every Temu+ Pro purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund of that purchase.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number / license key. We’ll confirm and process the refund promptly.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the amount to appear.
4. What happens to Pro access
When a refund is issued, the associated Pro license is deactivated and the extension returns to the free tier. The free tier and all of your locally stored data remain fully usable.
5. After 14 days & renewals
Temu+ Pro is an annual license that you renew manually — there is no automatic recurring charge, so there is nothing to “cancel.” The 14-day guarantee applies to each purchase, including a renewal. After the 14-day window for a given purchase has passed, that purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If something is genuinely broken, reach out anyway — we’ll make it right.
