Help for Temu+ Lite and the full Temu+ edition.

Temu+ reads your own Temu order history in your browser, computes what you really spent — per-item cost, refunds, and credit — and keeps everything on your device. If something isn’t working or you have a question, start here.

Quickest help: email [email protected] and include your browser (Chrome / Edge) and a short description of what you expected vs. what happened.

Getting started

Install the extension, then open Temu and sign in to your account as usual.
Open the Temu+ dashboard (click the toolbar icon) and press Sync. It reads your order history while you’re signed in — nothing is sent anywhere.
Give it a moment on the first run; larger order histories take a little longer to read.

Nothing is showing up

Make sure you’re signed in to Temu in the same browser, then press Sync again.
Run the Health check (Settings → Diagnostics) — it tells you if Temu changed something the extension reads.
If a page looks stuck, reload the Temu tab and re-run Sync.

How is “real cost” calculated?

Temu+ takes your order’s actual checkout total and splits it across the items in that order — accounting for cart-level coupons and credit, and subtracting refunds for returned or cancelled items. It deliberately ignores the crossed-out “list” price, so the figure reflects what actually left your card, not a discount headline. These are estimates from your own data; Temu makes the final call on prices, refunds, and credit.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your order and spending data is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us or any third party. See the Lite privacy policy (Chrome edition) or the full privacy policy (Edge / website edition) for the specifics of each build.

Reset or remove my data

Reset in the dashboard clears the local database.
Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.

Which edition do I have?

Temu+ Lite is the free edition on the Chrome Web Store — the full honest dashboard, single account, exports, and private mode. The full Temu+ edition (Microsoft Edge and our website) adds optional extras. For a side-by-side of what each includes, see the guides.
